Our boxing classes are 60 minutes.
- What is focused on in boxing classes?
In our classes our focus is fitness and pad work, we have a separate sparring session for sparring.
- Do I need to be fit to start boxing?
Our classes are welcome to all fitness levels, there’s no need to get fit before coming to our classes, you will get fit by doing the classes. We encourage everyone to train with us but understand everyone has their own pace.
- How often should I attend boxing classes to see results?
Consistency is key, Attending classes twice a week will have a noticeable improvement in fitness and skill over time.
